Copier Bid – Please be advised that the bid opening currently scheduled for June 3, 2026, at 10 a.m. has been postponed and will not take place as originally scheduled.

Hoover City Schools is currently accepting sealed bids for our Price Per Copy Program. Please deliver sealed bids to Hoover City Board of Education, Attn: Ms. Melynda Buck, Chief School Financial Officer, 2810 Metropolitan Way Hoover, AL 35243.
The deadline for submission is Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Bids will be opened and read publicly at that time.
Attached is the formal Invitation to Bid and a detailed spreadsheet outlining our current equipment and locations. For your initial review, here is a snapshot of our district-wide volume:
- Inventory: 71 black-and-white copiers 75 PPM, 13 black-and-white copiers 65 PPM and 13 Color copiers 50 PPM .
- Usage: Our monthly average is approximately 1.7 million copies, though please note that volume is minimal during June and July.
