Hoover’s youth sports programs offer year-round opportunities for kids to stay active and build teamwork. Explore registration, league schedules, and local youth sport organizations here.

Mark your calendars! Registration will open May 1, 2026! Football is open to upcoming 6th, 5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1^st graders.

Registration cost: $250 per player.  Each player is provided with a helmet, two game jerseys, a practice jersey, and a spirit pack (t-shirt and shorts). The players are responsible for purchasing their individual shoulder pads, practice/game pants, socks,
mouthpieces, and cleats.

If you attend or are zoned for any of the following schools, you are eligible to play for the Spain Park Jaguars Youth Football Program:
Greystone Elementary, Riverchase Elementary, Rocky Ridge Elementary, Shades Mountain Elementary, Berry Middle School, Home-schooled zoned for Spain Park High School

Spring Baseball Registration for Spain Park Youth Baseball is open until January 21, 2026. Practices will begin in early February, and regular season games are played from early March till the end of April.  Please visit the link and email the baseball commissioner if you have any questions.
