After-School Credit Recovery - Winter 2019

Registration deadline: By Thursday, January 24, 2019
- Registration forms are available in the SPHS guidance office, online and at the front desk in the lobby.
- Have grade-level counselor sign form by January 24th.
- Take signed form and tuition to bookkeeper by January 24th .
- Tuition can be paid with cash or check at the bookkeeping office.
Credit Recovery Dates and Times:
Credit Recovery meets Monday – Thursday, 3:50pm - 5:50 pm on the following dates:
- January 28 - 31
- February 4 - 7
- February 11 - 14
- February 18 - 21
- February 25 - 28
- March 4 - 7
- March 11 - 14
- March 18 - 21
ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY. Parents or guardians will be contacted about every tardy and absence.
Tuition: $200.00 per semester course attempted. Students may sign up for a maximum of two semester courses (if approved by staff). Tuition and application are due at registration.
No refunds are available after January 25, 2019.
