JEFFCO - Is your child vaccinated?  Children age 4 to 5 entering Kindergarten or age 11 to 12 entering 6th grade are required to be vaccinated to start school.

BEAT THE RUSH! Contact your health care provider today and inquire about your child’s immunization status. If your child does not have a health care provider contact Jefferson County Department of Health at 205-588-5234 to schedule an appointment. 

Due to COVID-19, appointments are required.

Please remember - flu season is around the corner! The CDC recommends everyone 6 months of age and older get vaccinated every flu season.
