School Report Card Information

A note from our principal explaining the school report card:

The state recently released their report card of each school and school district in Alabama.  Greystone earned an A (99) which combines scores based on student achievement, student growth, chronic absenteeism, and progress toward language proficiency in our EL population.  I am proud of the work of our students, teachers, and you.  Together we have ensured that ALL of our students are growing and learning.

The state report card can be confusing, so you are invited to a short presentation at the next PTA Board Meeting where I will explain our state report card results.  This meeting will be Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 10:30 am at the school.
