Dear HCS Families,

The Desegregation Transfer Application for 2023-2024 is now available.

This applies only to students seeking a transfer to a school other than the school for which they are zoned. The transfer provisions in the federal court order govern all transfer types (racial desegregation, substantial hardship, employee) for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year. The transfer application deadline is on or before April 15, 2023.

Paper copies can be requested at schools.

Eligible schools include:

-Bluff Park Elementary School

-Deer Valley Elementary School

-Green Valley Elementary School

-Greystone Elementary School

-Shades Mountain Elementary

-Trace Crossings Elementary School

-Bumpus Middle School

-Simmons Middle School
