10-July-2014 (HCS) - Please see the attached memo (PDF) for additional information regarding new student enrollment procedures directed by the Alabama State Department of Education.

Please note:

-This change applies ONLY to students NEW to HCS enrolling after the date of June 30, 2014 from a NON-ALABAMA public K-12 school AND ALL KINDERGARTNERS enrolling post June 30, 2014.

-Parents of these students will still need to be provided a SnapCode to complete the online registration portion of enrollment.

-Parents of these students will need to complete the paper form THIS YEAR ONLY. Before the registration process begins next year, we will consult with the State Department of Education re: ongoing requirements.
