Hoover City Schools' After School Care Program provides an exciting and enriching after-school program in a safe and caring environment. Our staff members and program facilitators are dedicated to the development, education and care of children after the school day ends.
The After School Care Program is available at all elementary schools in our school system, Monday-Friday from 2:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (see contact information for each school below). If school is dismissed early, After School Care will be open for registered students; check the calendar for dates and times. Children must be enrolled in grades K-5 at a Hoover City Elementary school. After School Care is also available to students in grade 6 at Brock's Gap Intermediate.

APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER JULY 15, 2016: STUDENT MAY NOT BE ALLOWED TO BEGIN THE PROGRAM WHEN SCHOOL BEGINS AUGUST 11, 2016 DEPENDING UPON THE VOLUME OF APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE.
Please register early to insure your child is ready the first day of school.
If the first tuition payment is received prior to July 15, 2016, the Registration Fee of $25 per child will be waived. Tuition is $200 per child per month (Total cost for August 2016 through May 2017 = $2,000).
Payments received after July 15, 2016, will include a $25 non-refundable registration fee per child.
